Cloud Architecture Patterns on Fractal Cloud, From Pattern to Production in Minutes
Cloud Architecture Patterns on Fractal Cloud was a live session on turning familiar patterns into running infrastructure. Every developer and platform engineer has drawn CQRS, the Saga pattern, or an event-driven design on a whiteboard. The event showed what usually stands between that diagram and a production-ready environment: tickets, YAML files, and dependencies wired by hand.During the session, the Fractal Cloud team provisioned these patterns live: CQRS, the Saga pattern, and an event-driven microservices setup, each deployed from a Blueprint, the reusable definition that creates the environment, with governance and security already inside it. The team did not walk through slides showing how a pattern should work. They built each one and showed what came out.The session made the case for both sides of the usual trade-off. Developers get a pattern they can deploy directly, instead of redrawing it from a whiteboard. Operations teams get a pattern that already meets their standards, because the governance sits inside the definition. The event ended with a simple point: teams that start from a governed pattern do not have to solve the same infrastructure problem for every new project.Watch the session on demand →
